Then, take out your phones and learn how to re-design your social media feed for maximum peace, joy and inspiration! Complimentary journals provided. (2-2.5 hours)
This retreat is great paired with coffee, tea and breakfast! Enjoy a relaxing 60 minute yoga flow that focuses on releasing stress from the body and restoring balance within. Wash your stress away with a relaxing guided energy shower meditation. Enter into your heart with a guided gratitude practice and create a mini vision board or quote board to keep at your desk. Vision boarding supplies provided. (2-2.5 hours)
Amethyst Meditation Retreats are led by Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor Sara Sturge. Each 2 hour retreat includes guided meditation, yoga and journaling. No special supplies are needed, just a quiet room with space to move and a table with chairs for everyone. Retreats are best suited for small groups of 5-20 people. However larger groups can be accommodated. I look forward to meeting you!
